Where does earthquake data come from? We aggregate 23+ public seismic agencies (USGS, EMSC, GEOFON, JMA, SGC, SSN and more) and cross-confirm events between them.
Why didn't I get an alert? Check notification permissions, your alert zones (Alerts → My Zones), and your minimum magnitude settings in Profile.
How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete account. This removes all your data permanently.
Is ShakeSafe an official warning system? No — it's an informational tool. Always follow your local civil-protection authorities.
